About the Demo:
Discover how to create believable, atmospheric cloudscapes in soft pastel—without relying on white. Amanda will demonstrate how subtle shifts in value, hue, and temperature can build luminous clouds and expressive skies, using thoughtful colour choices and layering techniques to achieve depth and realism.
Date: Tuesday 12th May 2026
Time: 5.30 for a 6.00 PM start to 8:30 PM (Brisbane AEST Time)
Location: Online via Zoom
Cost:– Free for PSA members– $10 for non-members
Non-members can request to join this Zoom for a $10 fee.

All PSA members attending the demo are invited to submit two pastel artworks for our Monthly Zoom Competition.
Prizes:
– General Member: $50
– AP/MP Member: $25
