Workshop Participant Privacy

When you register for a Pastel Society of Australia (PSA) workshop, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and contact details, dietary and accessibility requirements, for the purpose of administering your booking and facilitating the workshop.

By registering for a workshop, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your contact details may be shared with the workshop tutor and, where applicable, local organisers, strictly for administrative purposes related to the workshop.

• This may include communication regarding:

  • workshop logistics and updates

  • materials lists or preparation requirements

  • schedule or venue changes

  • follow-up information such as notes or resources after the workshop.

The PSA takes reasonable steps to ensure that tutors and organisers:

• only use your information for the purposes outlined above

• do not use your details for marketing or adding to mailing lists

• do not disclose your information to third parties.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will not be shared beyond what is necessary to deliver the workshop experience.
