ZOOM demo: Gill Allen - Crazy Bouquet - mixed media into soft pastel.

About the Demo:

Crazy Bouquet – Layers, Texture & Play

Explore a playful, semi-abstract approach to painting flowers. I’ll begin with black gesso to block in shapes and create texture, use a simple paper template to construct the vase, then build colour with a mix of media before bringing the bouquet to life with soft pastel. The emphasis is on layers, experimentation and enjoying the process rather than painting literally.
